\n\t\tA recognized professional with more than ten years of experience in the fields of fiduciary, taxation, law and business. Nicolas assists clients in areas as varied as auditing, accounting, taxation, financial consulting and compliance. He also regularly works on the establishment or relocation of international companies in various Swiss cantons. <\/p>\n
Nicolas started his career as a senior consultant at Deloitte. He then headed the audit department of a major fiduciary in French-speaking Switzerland and became the CFO of an international private equity fund in Switzerland. <\/p>\n
Nicolas is a certified public accountant, a licensed audit expert, holds an LL.M Tax from the University of Geneva, a Master in Business Law from HEC Lausanne and the University of Paris Panth\u00e9on-Assas, a Master in Finance from the University of Lyon, a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montreal, and a Fellow of INSOL INTERNATIONAL (International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Turnaround Association (STA)\/Swiss Turnaround Management Association (TMA), a member of EXPERTsuisse and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). <\/p>\n\t\t
\n\t\tRoger Bischof has more than ten years of experience in law and accounting firms (Baker McKenzie, Deloitte) in Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva) and Asia (Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore). Previously, he was a partner in an international law firm in Shanghai. <\/p>\n
Roger is President of the Asia Transformation & Turnaround Association (ATTA) and of the Swiss Turnaround Association (STA) \/ Swiss Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SwissCham) for several years. <\/p>\n
Roger speaks English, German, French, Spanish and Mandarin and specializes primarily in cross-border restructurings, market entry and exit counseling, foreign direct investment, international business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Roger is dually qualified as a lawyer and a certified public accountant. He studied in Switzerland, China (Tongji University\/Shanghai Jiaotong University, Beijing Normal University) and the United States and received a Master of Arts in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a PhD from the University of Bern, Switzerland. In addition, he is a Fellow, INSOL International, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA). <\/p>\n
