WORLDBANK / INSOL International – Global Guide Update 2021

On 17 April 2020, INSOL International and the World Bank Group, under the leadership of respectively Scott Atkins and Mahesh Uttamchandani, jointly published this Global Guide: measures adopted to support distressed businesses through the covid19 crisis.

I am very delighted to inform you that the report has been updated on 1st April 2021 (3rd update), covering 54 countries. I am extremely honoured to have co-authored the report on Switzerland with Roger Bischof.
